I have taken in all four pages of the draft, refined them, and compiled them into a single pdf for you to use. Take a look! If you use it or like it, let me know. If you hate it or think I should feel bad, that sucks but the feedback would still be appreciated. If you want maps with grids or just the cropped map images, let me know and I can upload them separately.
