House Rules v2

Here is my updated house rules, ready to go for a new campaign tomorrow. I’ve covered some of the major changes in my previous House Rules Evolved posts, and I’ll be covering the remaining changes in depth in a few future posts. Since I need these for tomorrow, I got them cleaned up and ready to go. I figured you might get some use out of them.
