For inktober, I drew up a page divider for a calendar tracker. The idea of this is to note important dates, assist tracking travel times, keep world events in mind, remember investments, and track faction activity. It can also serve as a great place to record an outline of events if you intend to write them up later.
You can get the PDF here and an editable word document here. Both versions have a full year with season details on the margins (drawn by my lovely wife) shown with numbers and without, plus a version of just the month without numbers or margin drawings.
This Mythoard was lighter on gaming material because it is heavy on gaming tools. A full set of metallic dice (still sharp, careful!), a Mythoard pin, and an excellently painted magic circle of resin/plaster. As for gaming material, inside this months box is a quality print of a Demon Crab monster entry, a Knights of the Dinner Table comic, a half-page encounter, and the Call of Cthulu quick start guide.
I will be dropping that summoning circle in my game soon, I’ve actually got just the cultist in mind that will be using it. As for the dice, they could actually use a bit of sanding/buffing to take off the sharp points. I am sort of bored of the Knights of the Dinner table comics, but I’ve never been one to collect physical comics. The half-page encounter offers some interesting role-playing opportunities for players to gain an expensive pet or be betrayed in the future by something they thought domesticated. All in all, I am a fan of this months Hoard.
