A Dragonturtle, Chimera, and Faerie Dragon walk into a bar

And get painted.

I got to try some new painting techniques of layering colors which gave me a very good look on my dragon turtle shell. My chimera was the first time I’ve been happy with painting furry miniatures, thanks to layering of multiple browns and simulating shading. My faeries dragon got splatter painted with white and grey for a makeshift “starry sky” effect. Overall, I forced myself to try some new techniques, including a mod-podge sea base, and I am pleased with the results.

Next up? I’m gonna try doing some neons and maybe some dynamic lighting effects…
